As an RCFE Administrator you have your hands full keeping your community fully and competently staffed as well as ensuring that your staff and community are current with regulations. We understand and are here to make your life easier!
CareTrain provides convenient and affordable education that allows staff members at all levels to keep current with regulations. As an Administrator, you no longer have to juggle staffing schedules as you arrange for training sessions that require coordinating with a guest speaker and finding a suitable location. The CareTrain courses can be taken at work, at home, or on location with a laptop! There is great flexibility with our e-learning advantage.
Consider how much easier your life wil be when you no longer have to track your staff's educational requirements. CareTrain's Learning Management System can alert you when your staff is due for required training as well as track each staff member's progress and send you reports. You have choices with CareTrain that can free you of some of the paperwork that chokes your time.
We have courses for you, too. We know there are Department of Social Services regulations that apply to more than just direct care staff and we are here to meet the need. Once you have taken the courses that fulfill your certification requirements, you just follow the RCFE procedures instituted by DSS: You'll print, sign, scan & e-mail (or FAX) your affidavit to us and we will e-mail your certification of completion once we have received your affidavit and verified your course completion. We then send a report to DSS that shows what you've accomplished; easy as that.
